There is the home buyer that is looking to make this their personal home and live in it for years to come. There are even the buyers that only are interested in a specific area of the home. So with this in mind we offer more than one type of inspection.

All of our inspections include digital photographs that will accompany the report. All home inspections include everything that is listed here.

Many times a buyers "buying" decision may change after reviewing our detailed reports. If you feel this is not the right house for you and your family, and decide to use us again when you find the next house, you will receive an immediate reduced price off  the next inspection.

For any return visit to inspect any particular system (i.e. gas service was not on), there will be an additional $50 fee for a "requested" return visit
