Defect Photos

The photographs below are items that I routinely find during an inspection. The most important areas during an inspection are usually the crawlsapce and the attic. Most defects are hidden away in areas that home owners don't frequent. Defects can range from improper exhaust vents, moisture damage to walls and floors, electrical safety issues to poor plumbing installations.
